What can Career Minded offer me?
As a Chartered HR Professional, with over 7 years of experience working in the City of London, I have a wealth of experience in the areas of recruitment and interviewing.
The majority of my career has been within the Financial Services industry. I have led recruitment processes from entry level roles, through to Senior Manager roles. I have run graduate assessment centre days, and coached Manager’s through competency based interview techniques.
I know what business’ are looking for from candidates, and I would love to help you prepare for one of the most important parts of any career; securing your ideal role.
I am a CIPD Level 5 qualified HR professional. I have worked for global organisations within the financial services industry for over 7 years.I have set up Career Minded to provide a service that offers guidance, support and advice to those that are preparing to apply and interview for roles that will start them on their desired career path. Although I specialise in Financial Services, I am more than happy to discuss support I can provide for roles in other industries too.
